Pickup, Shipping and Returns

Pickup by appointment

We are appointment only, Monday through Saturday. Call or text (828) 242-6434 with your make, model, year, and the part you need. We pull it, confirm it fits, and test it before you drive over.

Pickup location: 4899 Park Street North, St. Petersburg, FL 33709. This is a storage facility, not a retail store. There is no sign and no walk-in counter, so please don't come without an appointment.

Shipping

We ship everywhere. Orders normally ship within 24 hours. If you are not local, you don't need an appointment at all: order online or send a Find my part request and we'll ship it.

Returns and repair items

Returns, repair items, and anything damaged or defective ship to our UPS Store address, not to Park Street. Contact us first and we'll send the address and a return authorization. Please don't ship anything to Park Street; there is no one there to receive packages.

What we do and don't do

• We sell: used outboard and sterndrive engine parts and used outboard motors, all makes, 2 to 350 HP.
• We repair: lower units and sterndrives. Lower unit rebuild by drop-off (by appointment) or by ship-in: contact us for shipping instructions.
• We don't: sell boat hardware (anchors, seats, windshields, fuel tanks), repair whole boats, or take boat drop-offs.
